Upon entering Spa Hotel Kiparis, I felt a sense of reverence, reminiscent of the ancient Thracian tribe Bessi's temple of Dionysus, where wine and fire unveiled prophecies. the restaurant, akin to a modern-day oracle, beckoned with two exclusive halls that promised bespoke dining experiences. My culinary journey began with a symphony of flavors, reminiscent of ancient rituals, interwoven with contemporary finesse. As I delved into the menu, I embarked on a voyage of gastronomic discovery, akin to decoding ancient prophecies. Within the TEATRO - Bar & Dinner, culinary artistry harmonized with historical allure, creating a tableau of sensory delight. With a slight wish for more local delights like freshly baked "banitsa" or "mekitsa" at breakfast, the gastronomic experience remained enchanting.
